Gaza Health: 500 medical staff martyred since the start of the aggression
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the martyrdom of 500 medical staff as a result of the occupation aggression that has been ongoing in the Gaza Strip for 219 days.
She added in a statement received by Quds Press, today, Sunday, that "138 nurses were also martyred as a result of the occupation bombardment."
She called on the international community to "protect medical staff and health institutions in Gaza."
The Israeli occupation army continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip since last October 7, with American and European support, as its aircraft bombard the vicinity of hospitals, buildings, towers and homes of Palestinian civilians and destroy them over the heads of their inhabitants, and prevent the entry of water, food, medicine and fuel.
The occupation's ongoing aggression on Gaza has killed 35,34,000 people, injured 78,755 others, and displaced about 1.7 million Gazans, according to the United Nations.
