Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed had welcomed Taliban’s desire to become part of multi-billion dollars China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, Radio Pakistan reported.

Talking to journalists, he said those who perpetrated recent suicide attacks in Gwadar and Mastung had come from Afghanistan, and the Afghans had assured Pakistan that they would not allow their land to be used against Pakistan.

Rashid added that Pakistan desired peace and stability in Afghanistan, as he stressed progress of Pakistan and Afghanistan was interlinked.Earlier in the day, Taliban Spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid said Afghanistan was keen on becoming part of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), as the war-torn country wanted to partake in economic activities with the global community, Geo News reported.

At a news conference in Kabul, Mujahid further said the new Afghan government would resolve all issues of concern to Pakistan. He said Pakistan’s concerns as a neighbouring country were valid, as he reiterated that Afghanistan’s land would not be used against any country, including Pakistan.

Islamabad had, in recent days, raised alarm after key Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) leaders were set free by the Taliban and thousands of other prisoners in Kabul, after the group consolidated its hold over Afghanistan.

أعربت باكستان عن ترحيبها برغبة حركة “طالبان”، والتي تسيطر على السلطة في جارتها أفغانستان، بالانضمام إلى مشروع الممر الاقتصادي الباكستاني-الصيني.

 ورحب وزير الداخلية الباكستاني شيخ رشيد أحمد، في تصريح صحفي، بتصريحات المتحدث باسم حركة “طالبان”، الملا ذبيح الله مجاهد، بأنّ أفغانستان تحت سيطرة “طالبان”، تؤيد مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية و”ترغب في الانضمام إلى مشروع الممر الاقتصادي الباكستاني الصيني”. 

ووصف الوزير أحمد هذا التوجه من “طالبان” بــ”الأمر مشجع”، مشدداً على أنّ باكستان تفتخر بصداقتها مع الصين، ولو تحمل “طالبان” نفس الرؤية فـ”هذا أمر طيب”.

وإلى جانب باكستان، يبدو أنّ حركة “طالبان” تتطلع إلى علاقات جيدة والحصول على استثمارات من الصين، فقد وصف المتحدث باسم “طالبان” بكين بأنّها “شريك مهم لكابول”.

هذا ووجهت “طالبان”، اليوم الاثنين، دعوةً إلى بعض الدول، من بينها الصين وباكستان، لحضور فعاليات بمناسبة الإعلان عن تشكيل الحكومة. وقالت حركة “طالبان” إنّها تعتبر الصين شريكاً أساسياً، مؤكّدةً دعمها للمبادرة الصينية “حزام واحد طريق واحد”.

وصرح المتحدث باسم الحركة، ذبيح الله مجاهد، في حوار مع صحيفة “لا ريبوبليكا” الإيطالية بأنّ “الصين هي شريكنا الرئيسي، إنّها تقدم لنا إمكانية أساسية واستثنائية، لأنها مستعدة للاستثمار في بلدنا وإعادة بنائه”.

وأشار مجاهد إلى أنّه “بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لدينا مناجم نحاس غنية يمكن استئناف الإنتاج فيها وتحديثها بفضل الصينيين”، مضيفاً أن “الصين هي بوابتنا إلى الأسواق العالمية”.

كما أعرب مجاهد عن أمله في أن تساعد الصين في إعادة بناء صناعة التعدين في أفغانستان، لافتاً إلى أنّ “مشروع بكين حزام واحد طريق واحد سيعمل على إحياء طريق الحرير القديم”.

من جهتها، أعلنت وزارة الخارجية الصينية أنّ مساعد وزير خارجية الصين أو تزيانهاو، أجرى محادثة هاتفية مع نائب مدير المكتب السياسي لحركة “طالبان”، عبد السلام حنفي، وقالت إنّ الدبلوماسي الصيني أكّد أنّ “بكين تحترم دائماً سيادة واستقلال ووحدة أراضي أفغانستان”، وأعرب عن أمله في أن تحقق أفغانستان “السلام والاستقرار في أسرع وقت ممكن”.

 الحكومة الصينية أكدت أيضاً أنّها مستعدة لتنفيذ المشاريع في إطار مبادرة “حزام واحد – طريق واحد” في أفغانستان لكن بعد إعادة الاستقرار ووقف الاضطرابات في هذا البلد.

بدوره، قال حنفي، إنّ “الصين صديق يعتمد عليه لأفغانستان”، مشيراً إلى أنّ “طالبان ملتزمة بتطوير العلاقات الودية بين أفغانستان والصين، ولن تسمح أبداً لأي قوة باستخدام الأراضي الأفغانية لتهديد مصالح الصين، وستتخذ إجراءات فعالة لضمان أمن المؤسسات والموظفين الصينيين في أفغانستان”.

وأوضح أنّ السلطات الأفغانية تدعم ومستعدة للتعاون في إطار مشروع “الحزام والطريق” الصيني الذي “من شأنه أن يساهم في تنمية وازدهار أفغانستان والمنطقة”.

ويذكر أنّه في كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2017، أعلنت الصين وباكستان البدء في خطة الممر الاقتصادي الصيني الباكستاني، بعد موافقة من حكومتي البلدين، مع ربط مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية ورؤية باكستان 2025.

ويهدف مشروع الممر الاقتصادي الباكستاني الصيني إلى إنشاء طريق بري يضم شبكة طرق وسكك حديدية، يربط بين مدينة كاشغر، غربي الصين وميناء غوادر الباكستاني، ويعد واحداً من المشروعات الرئيسية لمبادرة الحزام والطريق.

US President Joe Biden said on Tuesday he was certain China and some other countries in the region would try to work out an arrangement with the Taliban.

Asked if he was worried that China would fund the group, which is sanctioned under US law, Biden told reporters, “China has a real problem with the Taliban. So, they’re going to try to work out some arrangement with the Taliban, I’m sure. As does Pakistan, as does Russia, as does Iran. They’re all trying to figure out what do they do now.”

Iran has adopted a cautious policy, not criticizing the Taliban and not supporting the opposition, which has been fighting in the Panjshir valley.

The US and its Group of Seven allies have agreed to coordinate their response to the Taliban, and Washington has blocked the Taliban’s access to Afghanistan’s reserves to ensure they live up to their pledges to respect women’s rights and international law.

But experts say much of that economic leverage will be lost if China, Russia or other countries provide funds to the Taliban.

Chinese State Councillor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi told U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in a phone call on Aug. 29 that the international community should engage with the Taliban and “positively guide” them.

China has not officially recognized the Taliban as Afghanistan’s new rulers, but Wang in July hosted Mullah Baradar, who has since been appointed as deputy prime minister, and has said the world should guide and support the country as it transitions to a new government instead of putting more pressure on it.

وأضاف بايدن خلال مؤتمر صحفي ردا على سؤال حول ما إذا كان يتوقع أن تمول الصين حركة طالبان “لدى الصين مشاكل جادة مع طالبان.. لهذا السبب أنا على يقين بأنهم سيحاولون وضع اتفاق مع طالبان.. وكذلك باكستان وروسيا وإيران.. كلهم يحاولون الآن أن يفهموا ماذا يجب القيام به عليهم”.

وكانت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية أعربت عن قلق الولايات المتحدة إزاء انتماءات بعض الأفراد في حكومة طالبان.

وقالت الخارجية الأمريكية، إن واشنطن ستحكم على حكومة طالبان بناء على أفعالها، ولا سيما ما إذا كانت ستسمح للأفغان بمغادرة بلدهم.

وأضاف نيد برايس المتحدث باسم الخارجية الأمريكية “نلاحظ أن قائمة الأسماء التي أُعلنت تتكون حصراً من أفراد ينتمون إلى طالبان أو شركاء مقربين منهم ولا تضم أي امرأة.. نحن نشعر بالقلق أيضاً إزاء انتماءات بعض الأفراد وسوابقهم”.

وجدد التأكيد على أن الولايات المتحدة تتوقع من طالبان ضمان عدم استخدام أراضي أفغانستان في تهديد للدول المجاورة، والسماح بوصول المساعدات الإنسانية لدعم الشعب الأفغاني.

يأتي ذلك، بعدما أعلن المتحدث باسم طالبان ونائب وزير الإعلام والثقافة في الحكومة الأفغانية الجديدة، ذبيح الله مجاهد، التشكيلة الحكومية، والتي شملت الملا محمد حسن الذي تم تعيينه رئيساً للوزراء بالوكالة.

وضمت الحكومة الأفغانية الملا عبد الغني برادر نائباً لرئيس الوزراء، ومولوي عبد السلام حنفي نائباً ثانياً لرئيس الوزراء، والملا محمد يعقوب مجاهد وزيراً للدفاع بالوكالة، وأمير خان متقي وزيراً للخارجية بالوكالة.

فيما قال زعيم حركة طالبان الأفغانية الملا هبة الله أخوند زادة، إن الحكومة الجديدة التي أعلنتها الحركة، ستبذل ما في وسعها للتمسك بالشريعة.

قالت حركة “طالبان” أن المزاعم الإعلامية حول نيتها في تسليم قاعدة باغرام الجوية، الواقعة بشمال غرب العاصمة كابل، إلى الصين بعد انسحاب قوات حلف الناتو من البلاد، غير صحيحة.

ووصف المتحدث باسم المكتب السياسي لـ”طالبان”، سهيل شاهين، في تصريح للصحفيين، اليوم الأربعاء، التقرير الذي نشرته صحيفة Pioneer الهندية بشأن احتمال تسليم قاعدة باغرام إلى الصين، وصفه بأنه “كذب”.

ونفت الخارجية الصينية أمس صحة تقرير الصحيفة حول مشاورات أجراهاوفداً صينياً مع قيادة “طالبان” لمناقشة مسائل أمنية تتعلق بالاستخدام المحتمل لقاعدة باغرام التي كانت أكبر قاعدة للناتو في البلاد.

وادَّعت الصحيفة الهندية أيضاً أن “طالبان” قد تسمح لباكستان باستخدام مطار قندهار.

The “Taliban” movement said that media allegations about its intention to hand over the Bagram air base, northwest of the capital, Kabul, to China after the withdrawal of NATO forces from the country, are incorrect.

In a statement to reporters, today, Wednesday, the spokesman for the Taliban’s political office, Sohail Shaheen, described the report published by the Indian newspaper “Pioneer” on the possible handover of Bagram base to China is “a lie.”

Yesterday, the Chinese Foreign Ministry denied the authenticity of the newspaper’s report about consultations conducted by a Chinese delegation with the “Taliban” leadership to discuss security issues related to the possible use of Bagram base, which was the largest NATO base in the country.

The Indian newspaper also claimed that the Taliban might allow Pakistan to use Kandahar airport.

Dmitry Rodionov published an article in «Свободной Пресе» about the danger of the United States abandoning the “one-China” policy.

According to the article, the authorities of the Chinese Republic of Taiwan launched a campaign to return to the United Nations, thus seeking the support of the international community, according to the South China Morning Post.

Taipei is sure that Taiwan’s global assistance in eliminating COVID-19 increases the chances of its return to the organization.

Regarding to the Secretary-General of Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lilly Chu, the republic has so far won the support of 15 of the island’s official allies, and has asked other countries aligned with them to raise the issue in the UN General Assembly, despite the entrenched hostility of mainland China.

In particular, a sharp increase in contacts between Taiwan and Japan was noted. This is not about Taiwan’s accession to the United Nations. Rather, this is a vulgar “hunting” of China, which is not carried out by Taiwan alone, but by the United States, which is behind it.

If the Americans can no longer resist Chinese soft power, and lose to China on the ideological and economic fronts, they can launch the Taiwan issue at any moment. The danger is that, if Taiwan declares independence from it, China will have no other options but to start an all-out war, a war in which China is an aggressor to launch an attack on the island, while the United States gets a legitimate reason to start a war against the People’s Republic of China.”

نشر دميتري روديونوف مقالاً في “سفوبودنايا بريسا” عن خطورة تخلي الولايات المتحدة عن سياسة “صين واحدة”.

ومما ورد في المقال أن سلطات جمهورية تايوان الصينية أطلقت حملة للعودة إلى الأمم المتحدة، وبهذا تسعى للحصول على دعم المجتمع الدولي، وفقا لصحيفة South China Morning Post.

حيث تثق تايبيه من أن مساعدة تايوان العالمية في القضاء على COVID-19 تزيد من فرص عودتها إلى المنظمة.

وحسب ما ورد عن الأمين العام لوزارة الشؤون الخارجية في تايوان، ليلي شو، حازت الجمهورية حتى الآن على تأييد 15 من الحلفاء الرسميين للجزيرة، وطلبت من الدول الأخرى المنحازة إليهم إلى إثارة القضية في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، على الرغم من العداء المستحكم من الصين القارية.

وأضاف الأستاذ المساعد في الجامعة المالية بموسكو، غيفورغ ميرزايان: “إنهم يراهنون على كسب الاهتمام. ففي الأشهر الأخيرة، جرى تكثيف حاد للعمليات حول تايوان. ولوحظت، على وجه الخصوص، زيادة حادة في الاتصالات بين تايوان واليابان. لا يتعلق الأمر بانضمام تايوان إلى الأمم المتحدة. إنما هذا “تصيد” مبتذل للصين، لا تقوم به تايوان وحدها إنما تشارك فيه الولايات المتحدة التي تقف وراءها”.

“في الواقع، يريد منظمو الاستفزاز حول تايوان أن يروا أين هي الخطوط الحمراء الصينية في قضية تايوان”.

“تقدم تايوان نفسها كسلاح أخير بيد الولايات المتحدة ضد الصين. فإذا لم يعد بإمكان الأمريكيين مقاومة القوة الناعمة الصينية، وخسروا أمام الصين على الجبهات الأيديولوجية والاقتصادية، فيمكنهم إطلاق قضية تايوان في أي لحظة. إنما يكمن الخطر في أنه لن يكون أمام الصين، إذا أقرت تايوان استقلالها عنها، خيارات أخرى سوى بدء حرب شاملة، حرب تكون الصين فيها معتدية تشن هجوما على الجزيرة، بينما تحصل الولايات المتحدة على سبب مشروع لبدء حرب ضد جمهورية الصين الشعبية”.
